  1.    The competition is open to any visitor to the GoBarging website
  2.    Only one entry is allowed per person
  3.    The competition will be judged by the Chairman of GoBarging
  4.    Complete contact details must be supplied
  5.    All Entrants to the competition will be added to the lock-keeper subscribers list
       (each lock-keeper edition has an unsubscribe option)
  6.    The Chairman's decision is final
  7.    The closing date is April 20th, 2006
  8.    The winners will be announced in the April 2006 edition of the lock-keeper
  9.    Winners will also be emailed and must respond within 30 days
  10.    Cruise dates (departure 20th or 27th August) to be confirmed on notification
  11.    GoBarging company employees cannot enter
