  2.    Only one entry is allowed per person
  3.    The competition will be judged by the Chairman of GoBarging
  4.    Complete contact details must be supplied
  5.    All Entrants to the competition will be added to the lock-keeper subscribers list
       (each lock-keeper edition has an unsubscribe option)
  6.    The Chairman's decision is final
  7.    The closing date is May 20th, 2006
  8.    The winners will be announced in the May 2006 edition of the lock-keeper
  9.    Winner will be emailed and must respond within 30 days
  10.    GoBarging company employees cannot enter
